Do you need a HERMES certification to obtain a mandate? Do you want to use the HERMES method to manage your projects? Do you want to certify one or more employees to ensure the quality of your services?  A classic HERMES Foundation (typically 2 days) or Advanced (typically 3 to 4 days) certification preparation course will block you for several days, which for a consultant translates into a significant loss of earnings. In order to maintain more flexibility, you may be inclined to study the HERMES Reference Manual on your own instead. But how can you be sure that you are sufficiently prepared to pass the exam?  On the Internet you will find some sample exam questions, but complete and realistic mock exams? In the following, we present innovative solutions that allow each candidate to discover, assimilate and practice for the certification at their own pace.

On the one hand, for candidates who are easy learners, we offer HERMES Foundation and HERMES Advanced eLearning modules for different learning styles:

• Explanatory videos in the form of animations explaining HERMES concepts relevant to both certification levels.
• "HERMES 5 Vademecum" guide of about 100 pages to review the material learned in the video animations, as printed book and PDF file.
• Realistic simulation of the exam with a collection of more than 160 questions per certification level, which can be repeated at will, each time with a new sample of questions drawn at random.

These eLearning modules are a flexible and cost-effective option for experienced project managers or candidates who are already familiar with the method but have yet to take the certification exam. If required, it is possible to combine this self-study with individual coaching where our trainers analyze your performance in the exam simulation to ensure a targeted repetition.

If you prefer to learn in a group and in direct contact with a trainer, we offer hybrid training courses lasting one day for the Foundation level and an additional day for the Advanced level, both online and face-to-face. It is the combination of a classic training approach with the eLearning tool described above, used before and after contact with the trainer, that makes this efficiency gain possible.
