b) Learning platform:

When using our learning platform, personal data is collected to enable you to access courses and learning content. The data may include your name, email address, user profile and other relevant information. This data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Our learning platform is hosted on servers in Switzerland.

By default, we sign up our direct training customers for our newsletter to keep them up to date on what's new.

c) Newsletter:

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your e-mail address to send you information and news. We use Cleverreach as a service provider for sending the newsletter. Cleverreach is an external service provider to whom we provide your e-mail address in order to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by using the appropriate link in the e-mail or by contacting us directly.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access and disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
