This course is designed for experienced BPM users who wish to deepen and strategically expand their skills and prepare for the OMG-Certified Expert in BPM 2 (OCEB2) Intermediate certification exam.

  • The OCEB2/BPM2 Intermediate certification validates an individual's knowledge of the BMM (influencers, assessments and modeling scenarios), advanced BPM areas (advantages of a shared business-wide vocabulary as provided by Semantics of Business Vocabulary and Business Rules approach) and business process management knowledge and skill areas (Key Performance Indicators, Business Activity Monitoring, process simulation and optimization, and modeling Return on Investment) and industry frameworks for process quality, metrics, and governance and regulatory compliance.     • Multiple choice questionnaire (90 questions)
    • Passing score: ≥59/90 correct answers or >=66% correct answers
    • Duration : 90 minutes (+ 30 minutes for non-English native speakers)
  • Validity
    • Certifications expire 5 years after exam date. Take the same or higher level exam to extend certification validity.
  • Registration
    • Examination in a Pearson VUE test center
    • Date and time of the exam to be scheduled at your best convenience
