Preparation for the “HERMES Foundation” certification exam.

You can obtain the “HERMES 2022 Foundation” certificate by taking a multiple-choice exam organized by the certification body TÜV SÜD Examination Institute. We recommend taking the online exam from your office or home office; it can be completed within a three-day time window. It is also possible to take the in-person exam at various locations in Switzerland.

Exam details
- Duration: 60 minutes
- 40 multiple-choice questions, each with one correct answer.
- Pass mark: 60% correct answers. One point is awarded for each correct answer. You receive 0 points for each incorrect answer.
- For on-site exams, you will receive the result and certificate immediately after the exam. For online exams, you will receive the certificate within 3 working days.
Exam registration
- For self-learning options (eLearning or simulations), you can check the possible dates and register directly on the TÜV SÜD website.
- For public virtual/face-to-face training or customized training with 4 or more participants, we can organize online or proctored presence exams at your preferred location and date.
