HERMES for Managers

Learn the ins and outs of project steering according to the HERMES methodology and get ready for your tasks as a decision maker. The course teaches you the logical structure of the HERMES 2022 method and thus efficiently prepares you for your tasks as a decision maker, for example as a client or project committee member.

  • Understand the phased approach and decision-making processes.
  • Understand the distribution of tasks and responsibilities across the HERMES roles, in particular the role of the project sponsor and the interaction between the core organization and the project organization.
