Learn the ins and outs of project steering according to the HERMES methodology and be ready to take on your tasks as a decision maker, for example as a client or project committee member.
Objectives
- Understand the phase model and the decision processes.
- Understand the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the roles according to HERMES, and more specifically the role of the project sponsor as well as the interaction between the core organization and the project organization.
- Understand project governance requirements and how HERMES supports them.
