Certification as "Project Management Professional"

The PMP certification preparation course is designed for individuals who already have experience in project management. A key objective of the course is to ensure that participants master the generally accepted practices of project management.

 

Learning objectives

Completion of the PMP preparation course will allow delegates to:

  • Understand and be able to apply the processes and practices required to build effective, high performing teams;
  • Be able to plan projects (budget, schedule, scope, quality, project activities, procurement, and closure);
  • Carry out projects in a manner that delivers the planned benefits;

  • Pass the PMP exam.

Upon successful completion of the exam and confirmation of the results, participants will receive a non-transferable, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PMI.

Requirements

Before registering for the exam, candidates should ensure that they meet the following requirements:

  • A four-year degree (master's degree)
  • 36 months of verifiable project management experience
  • 35 hours of project management education/training

or

  • A college degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree/professional certificate).
  • 60 months of project management experience
  • 35 hours of project management education/training
